Privacy Policy

The short version: SafeWire collects only your email (if you join the waitlist) and consent-gated analytics. We never sell your data. Ask for deletion any time at hello@earlyship.io.

1. Who we are

SafeWire is an early-access product built by Earlyship ("we", "us"), operating this page at safewire.earlyship.io. Questions? Email hello@earlyship.io.

2. What data we collect

Waitlist signups: when you join the SafeWire waitlist we store your email address, the product you signed up for, the timestamp, and — if you arrived via a tracked link — the UTM source or referral code.

Analytics (only with your consent): if you accept the cookie banner, we collect anonymised usage analytics via Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Hotjar (pages viewed, time on page, referral source). If you decline, these tools are not loaded and their cookies are removed.

Research surveys: if you complete an optional validation survey, we store your answers and any free-text comment with the research topic they relate to. Individual answers are never published.

3. How we use your data

Send you one email when SafeWire launches (that's the point of the waitlist)
Occasional early-access updates about SafeWire — never unrelated marketing
Understand aggregate interest (signups, page visits) to decide what to build
Respond to your messages

We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising or profiling.

4. Cookies

Analytics cookies are set only after you accept the consent banner. Declining keeps the site fully functional and removes any analytics cookies already set.

5. Storage and security

Data is stored in Supabase (EU region) and served over HTTPS. Access is restricted to the Earlyship team. The only third parties that touch your data are the infrastructure providers needed to run the service (Supabase, Vercel) and — with consent — the analytics providers above.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time: email hello@earlyship.io with the subject "Data Request". We respond within 30 days.

7. Retention

Waitlist data is kept until you request deletion, or at most 24 months after signup if SafeWire has not launched and you have not interacted since.

8. Changes

If this policy changes materially, waitlist members are notified by email.
